In a recession, where thousands are losing their jobs every week, an opportunity has risen to help alot of people back into employment. Any other town would jump at the chance of an investment like this. This project would create jobs in the shirt, medium and long term future. I don't think the counsellors are acting in the best interests of the town when they rejected the plan. it seems a fear of change is engrossed in their minds.
